Momofuku chef David Chang was in Philly this weekend, according to his gleeful documentation of the pasta courses at Vetri posted to Instagram Saturday night, from menu staple almond tortellini to seasonal ramp ravioli. ("More ramp dishes need to taste like this," reads the caption.)
And to follow that up, Chang paid tribute to the rabidly adored rotolo at Pizzeria Vetri, which "rules," according to the chef and almost everyone else.
