In February, Todd Carmichael of La Colombe told Eater that they would be getting into the booze game, making distilled spirits at their Fishtown roasting plant. It appears that Carmichael was completely serious, as he just posted the first pic of La Colombe Pennsylvania Rum, and it looks amazing.
No word yet on when it'll be hitting shelves and your favorite watering hole, but Carmichael isn't known for sitting on his butt, so you'll most-definitely be using it to make Daiquiris this summer.
