Illustrious Citypaper food critic Adam Erace laid heavy praise on the menu reboot at Jose Pistolas, thanks to newly-installed chef Adan Trinidad. The well-traveled Trinidad is bringing a whole new level of sophistication to the popular craft beer bar in dishes that don't take themselves too seriously. The menu is still features with guacamole and tacos, but now they're packed with pomegranate seeds and butter-poached lobster. [CP]
