Chef Eli Kulp has rolled out a new winter tasting menu at Fork, with no shortage of pomp. The menu, titled 'Our Terroir,' strives to take local sourcing to the next level, by putting a conversation about our local land and foodways on the plate. Think a fine-dining take on Pennsylvania Dutch brown butter noodles, or a rabbit dish inspired by a Bucks County saffron grower whose product is a favorite snack of the local bunny population.
The tasting (currently listed as seven courses, though that's subject to change) goes for $95 per person, with an optional $50 wine pairing, and has to be ordered by the whole table. It's available Tuesday through Saturday, though you can try it on Sunday or Monday as well by advance request.
