Zahav at Momofuku?; Covered Beer Garden at CBP

NEW YORK CITY — A cryptic line drawing (seen at right) of the facade of David Chang's Momofuku featuring the logo of our Israeli mecca, Zahav, showed up on Momo's Twitter feed the other day.. The date, 4.9.2013, was written in the text itself, along with the hashtag, #latenight. No confirmation yet, but it looks like Zahav is headed there for a late-night pop-up. [Twitter]

SPORTS COMPLEX — While everyone is focused on the addition of Federal Donuts to Citizens Bank Park, Aramark quietly put together a plan for a covered beer garden back near the bullpens. Normally, the macrobrews like Bud Light and Miller Lite are available at all food stands throughout the park, while the local craft beers are harder to find, and only available at special kiosks that usually only offer one brewery per space. Hopefully that changes with this new beer garden. Also, Victory is launching a proprietary beer for the space called Alley Brewing Company Lager. [The Insider]

FISHTOWN — The 3rd Annual Fishtown Neighborhood Association Chili Cook Off is going down this Sunday at The Skybox, located at 2424 E. York Avenue from 1p.m. - 4 p.m..
