phoxeluaphyllis.jpgSouth Philly Review food critic Phyllis Stein-Novack headed to Chinatown to dine at "new" restaurant, Viet-Thai, to celebrate Chinese New Year. The restaurant, which is actually called Pho Xe-Lua and is lovingly referred to as Choo-Choo Pho (there's a cute little neon train in the window), has been open there for more than a decade. Hilarity ensues in the comments section, with our favorite being: "Why don't you stick a fork in your eye." We still love you, Phyllis. [SPR]
