On Thursday, February 2, four of the best chefs in Philly will be bringing their game game to Brauhaus Schmitz for a Hunter's Dinner. We usually don't get all crazy about special dinners, but the talent in the house for this event is undeniable, and it's not often that someone has the cajones to do a dinner that's strictly funky game meats. The lineup includes Top Chef Jen Carroll, Osteria's Jeff Michaud, Bistrot La Minette's Pete Woolsey, and Jeremy Nolen of Brauhaus Schmitz.
Since Jen Carroll has been seen being followed around by TV crews for the last few weeks (at Brauhaus Schmitz, specifically), there's an outside possibility they'll be back again, but we've got no confirmation of that.
The meal will be five courses long with an amuse bouche, and set you back an affordable $55. Reservations are required for the event, so get to calling as Chef Nolen said it's filling up fast. Nolen was kind enough to share the menu with us, and it looks pretty amazing.
