Flying Fish Brewing Co., which makes a comfy home right across the river in Cherry Hill, NJ, is close to cutting the ribbon on their new production facility which will triple their output. Head Brewer Casey Hughes sent us this photo of the new kegging line which was unwrapped today after a long trip across the water from Bavaria.
"We took a three week trip to Germany and Italy to purchase a new bottling and kegging line, so we could keep up with demand," said Hughes. "We'll be ready in a month at most, which means lots of new rare brews for our fans."
Flying Fish's critically acclaimed Exit Series (Exit 4 was awarded the Gold Medal at the GABF for American Belgian style, as well as Beer of the Year by Men's Health) will be available in 12 oz. bottles year-round, as opposed to limited release 25 oz. one-offs.
