Philly's favorite crepe joint, Cafe L'Aube, closed late last year, but today news comes that another creperie is coming to replace the gaping void left on South Street. Signs announcing the imminent arrival of So Crêpe have popped up at 1506 South Street, just a few days after they made their Philly debut at Bloktoberfest last weekend.
Owner Fabrice Goutte told Foobooz that they hope to be open before the year is out, but there's a lot of construction to be done in the former salon space. Goutte, who hails from Lyon, is dedicated to using only the finest raw ingredients and promises that everything will be made on the premises from scratch.
