Word around the campfire is that developer Eric Blumenfeld bought the very iconic Divine Lorraine today for a cool $8 million at a Sheriff's sale. Blumenfeld is the man responsible for getting Marc Vetri to open Osteria on North Broad (which led to Route 6 and Alla Spina), so there's an excellent chance a heavy hitting restaurateur will put a flagship restaurant in the stunning structure.
