Stalwart noodle joint Pho Hoa has been replaced by Pho Ta at 1111 S. 11th Street. The management at the restaurant said that the change was made as they have broken off their connection to the Pho Hoa franchise and are now going solo. The Pho Hoa chain has 70 restaurants across the U.S. and Canada, and has been in business since the early 1980s
"The menu is largely the same, but we have added a few things here and there," a representative told Eater. "We are using better ingredients, and are now doing everything on our own. We want our regulars to know that the owners are still the same, so you can expect the same experience as before."
