Chef Tony Clark has left the confines of Serafina for the shiny new Valley Forge Casino. Clark, who made his return to the Philly area almost a year ago with the Belvedere Restaurant Group, has made stops at Agiato, Tapestry, and the Rittenhouse pasta spot all in the last 11 months. But now, Clark has been tapped to head up the two flagship dining spots in the casino, Pacific Prime (high-end chop house fare) and Viviano (rustic Italian). Hopefully Clark finds a more permanent home this time around.
Chef Clark has a long history in the Philly area, including stints at The Four Seasons, Harry's Savoy Grill, and his own eponymous restaurant on Broad Street. In the summer months, Clark owns The Old Grange in Cape May.
