Chef Shuffles

rotissthumbnail.jpgRotisseur has hired a new chef, John Kasenchak, who comes to the chicken shack after slaving on the line for Jose Garces at Tinto and Village Whiskey. In addition to a new chef, Rotisseur is adding new menu items like Brussels sprouts soaking in Benton's bacon grease, farro salad with currants, and an apple crumble for dessert. Rotisseur will be open on Saturday, too, from noon until 9:30 p.m. [Meal Ticket]
