News has finally trickled out about Stephen Starr's D.C. project, which is called Le Diplomate. The French restaurant (which is very much like our very-own Parc) is setting up shop at 14th Street and Avenue Q NW, near D.C.'s famous beer bars, Churchkey and Birch and Barley. Does this mean the beginning of Starr's empire in D.C.? [Foobooz]
