Believe it or not, The Continental in Old City is offering $4 cocktails throughout the month of November. That's right. The Continental is starting the very first "Spirit Month," with a menu of drinks made with booze from local purveyors Art in the Age, Philly Distilling, and Cooper Spirits. There's also a free gift of some sort if you snap a pic of your drank and put it on Instagram throughout November. [Foobooz]
