Apparently, there's an upscale Taco Bell coming to 1035 Chestnut Street in the next few months. Danny Patel, who owns a few Dunkin Donuts in the area, is the man behind the project. What makes the new Taco Bell upscale is the updated modern exterior design (which is replacing the old-school adobe look), WiFi, and the new menu from chef Lorena Garcia.
