Foobooz just released their list of the Top 50 Bars in Philly, and it's going to start more than a few conversations. Craft beer bars take up the most space on the list, but the cocktail is represented well. Of note: Only three spots separate Philly boozer heavyweights Hop Sing Laundromat (#12) and Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co.(#15). Congrats to Pub & Kitchen for taking the top spot. [Foobooz]
