Today marks the beginning of the first ever Eater Philly Cocktail Week. So, from now until the clock strikes 6 p.m. on Friday, we'll be the go-to site for all things cocktail in Philly, which is currently riding the wave of a cocktail renaissance that continues to grow.
We'll be throwing out Q & As with your favorite boozy magnates, lists galore, useful guides, and a few history lessons on how Philly has left its mark on the cocktail universe. In addition to the indispensable info you'll find on the site, we've teamed up with local bartenders to create a few limited edition potent potables available only this week in honor of the celebration.
