The Basic 4 Vegetarian Cafe has closed up shop after 31 long years in the Reading Terminal Market. Owner Lisa Tynes, daughter of Basic 4 founder Alfoncie B. Austin, did not renew the lease, which ended on October 31 of this year. The business has not closed entirely, as Basic 4 Catering is still in operation, and The Insider says they're looking for a pop-up space, too. [The Insider]
