Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran own an empire all along 13th Street, with restaurants Barbuzzo, Lolita, and Jamonera as well as storefronts Verde, Grocery, and Marcie Blaine Chocolates. This weekend at ThinkFest, Turney will announce her next big project for 13th Street, and it's almost definitely a new restaurant.

Recently Turney revealed that they're expanding into the floor above Barbuzzo, where they'll be opening a new space for teaching cooking classes, one-off dinners, and private events.

Now it's time to play the guessing game. What do you think the ladies will be opening? Also, what would you like to see them open? Our guess is coastal French food, as it's one cuisine that they've yet to tackle, and have been there on previous research trips. Leave your thoughts in the comments.
