The carousel of rotating restaurants at 1234 Locust Street has hopefully come to a stop as Mike Stollenwerk's Rhino Bar is now open for business. Stollenwerk had moved his high-end seafood joint Fish to that location in January, before shutting down temporarily and retooling the concept. Soon after, Stollenwerk announced that Fish was moving next door to the smaller space, and Rhino Bar would move into the former Fish.

Rhino Bar is looking to be a neighborhood spot, focusing on craft cocktails, local beers, and a raw bar. They're open every day at 4 p.m. and don't shut down the kitchen until 1 a.m. The menu is pretty serious, too, and pretty damn big for a bar.
