NoBL is planning to reopen on Wednesday, December 12, with a pared down menu, and no Sam Jacobson. NoBL recently shut down, and most thought that was the end of the project, even though owner Stephen Wagner promised they would be back. There will be 10 mezze plates that change weekly, and a list of "everyday entrees," that will help keep kitchen costs down. [The Insider]
