National Mechanics Crew Taking Over Former Q BBQ

Whispers are swirling around Old City that the former Q BBQ space is being taken over by Darren Hill. Hill, who also owns National Mechanics, hasn't confirmed the rumors to be true, but it's pretty much a fact that there will be a new restaurant at 207 Chestnut Street sometime in 2013.

Before it was Q, the Philadelphia Fish & Co. lived at that location for many, many years. There has been no discussion of what the concept might be, but that bit of info is sure to drop in the next few days, so stay tuned.
