Kevin Sbraga, Philly's favorite Top Chef champ, was interviewed by Food & Wine about the best way to spend the holidays in our fair city. In addition to Longwood Gardens, the Macy's light show, and Shady Brook Farm, Sbraga points people to the adorable Center City Christmas Village to sample Brauhaus Schmitz's tasty wares.
