Adam Leonti, stud cook and chef de cuisine at Vetri, was named one of the 30 Under 30 of the food and wine universe over at Forbes magazine today. Leonti has been working the pans for Marc Vetri since the ripe old age of 24, and has really hit his stride the past year or so.
In addition to the honor coming from Forbes, Leonti is the driving force in the kitchen of Vetri (who was nominated for a James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant this year), and was one of the 16 chefs (out of 2,500 nominees across the country) that made up the inaugural class of Eater Young Guns. Congratulations, Adam, on one hell of a 2012.
