Han Dynasty is changing up the format of their epic $25 Monday tasting dinners for 2013. There will be fewer courses, but owner Han Chiang promises that the volume of food will stay the same. Chiang spent the summer in China learning new techniques and expanding his knowledge base of Sichuan cuisine, and will be showing all of that off on January 7. [Foobooz]
