speppthumb.jpgChef Christopher Lee is launching his pop-up at Salt & Pepper (that will soon be called Sophia's) on New Year's Eve at 1623 E. Passyunk Avenue. Lee and his team have already overhauled the kitchen, and will be presenting a four-course dinner at 6 and 6:30 p.m. for $45. The later seating at 9 p.m. will run you $75, and both come with a champagne toast. And, once it gets warmer, they're opening a rooftop deck. [EaterWire]
