The First Annual Hottest Chef in Philly competition begins now. To start things off, early favorite Jason Cichonski of Ela faces Mark Tropea of Sonata Restaurant, Evan Turney of Varga Bar, and Pierre Calmels of Bibou. The victor will join the upcoming winners of round one in the next set of heats. After voting today, be sure come back tomorrow for the next four cooks with looks all hoping to walk away as the inaugural Hot Philly Chef in 2012.
