Jennifer Carroll is teaming up with local clothing designer SA VA to work on a line of chef jackets and accessories for female chefs. Sara Van Aken, owner/designer at SA VA, is a longtime fan and friend of the Top Chef, and they've been in talks for awhile. Carroll said that the collection won't just be limited to jackets, and that there's the possibility of men's stuff in the future. If they can find a way to make stain-resistant material somewhat attractive, they'll really be onto something. [EaterWire]
