On today's menu we have Finely Aged Beef in the Kitchen Sal Vetri of Vetri, the piercing blue eyes of David Gilberg of Koo Zee Doo, boy next door Nick Elmi of Le Bec-Fin, and Rittenhouse's finest Jon Cichon of Lacroix. Joe Cicala of Le Virtu narrowly edged out Chip Roman yesterday to stamp his ticket into the semifinals.
