Meal Ticket is reporting that Chris and Heather Fetafatzes are taking over The Tritone on South Street, and renaming it The Cambridge. The Fetafatzes, who also own Hawthorne's and Bella Vista Beer Distributor, are completely renovating the space and making it a neighborhood bar. "Pretense will be checked at the door," the owners promise. Expect a great taplist and a "hodgepodge" of foods from Chef Matthew Plank. They also promise a backyard patio, so we hope they open before summer is over. Stay tuned. [Meal Ticket]
