Max and David's Food Truck Rolls Out this Spring

Max and David's kosher restaurant is prepping a food truck that will roll out this Spring in the city. Headquartered just outside the city limits in Elkins Park, Max and David's mobile version will be in town three days a week, and spend the remainder at Drexel and Temple campuses.

"Obviously everything is going to be kosher. Expect burgers, beef brisket sandwiches and our dairy-free gelato. We've got a few details to iron out, but we will be ready to go when the weather turns nicer," said Jillian Sorkin of Max and David's in an interview with Eater.

The truck was once a Mexican operation in a former life, and has already been wrapped and is ready to go. Follow the progress on their Twitter account, and we will have more details as they develop.
