Reserve Steakhouse opened their doors to the public this past weekend, and early reports from palates we trust have been good. The space was once home to Cebu, otherwise known as Club Glock, where a patron was shot on the premises before it shuttered. Owner Didier LaFontant is showing some big balls by opening this opulent ode to meat at this location, and we really hope it works out for the crew over there. We have yet to stop by, but we hear that the steak (which is all that really matters, anyway) is quite good, and the space is stunning. Yay, meat. [EaterWire]
