While we hate the word food porn here, the video that Grant Achatz released for the elBulli dinner at Next is like the Michael Bay version of Debbie Does While Dallas Eating Truffles. It's gorgeous, epic, and way too self-involved. But, the ghost of the great elBulli is all we have left, so it's cool to see these "best of" dishes get another go around for those who missed it originally. There isn't another chef in the world who would have the stones to recreate the elBulli experience, either, and we're 100% sure Achatz will pull this off. [~EN~]
