Looks like Marc Vetri's Alla Spina is now tapping their own massive batch of housemade Negronis, Italy's favorite cocktail. Beverage dude Steve Wildy said they have 15 liters of the bitter concoction available made from local spirit Bluecoat Gin, Cinzano, and Campari. The tipple will set you back $11. If you happen to be in South Philly, you can stop by Stateside on East Passyunk, where they're also pimping the cocktail, but with a housemade Campari clone that sounds pretty damn impressive. Seems like Negronis are really having a moment, and we wholly support the movement. [Meal Ticket]
