Thanks to a New York Times article, America is in an uproar over cookbook ghostwriters. Or at least celebrity chefs who do/do not use cookbook ghostwriters are: Rachael Ray and Gwyneth Paltrow both denied using ghostwriters, and then Paltrow appeared on The Rachael Ray Show to talk about it. Bobby Flay, meanwhile, admitted to using "collaborators" on the Today Show, but also came to Ray's defense. [Eater National]
