Food Republic gives lots of love to the Rival Bros. Coffee boys, and sits down to chat with Dreamy McSteamed Milk Jonathan Adams about the mobile operation. The interview goes into Adams' history with the evil empire of Starbucks (Adams still likes to pee there on occasion, but never buys coffee), and his propensity to feature blends on the truck as opposed to single-origin beanage. Lots of interesting stuff here regarding having a cheffy palate when it comes to coffee: "Instead of working with beans we like, we decided on the flavors first and looked for beans that could produce them."
