Eater National gets in Aimee Olexy's business and discusses how to score that impossible table at Talula's Table, which recently scored 4 bells on The Craig Scale. She chats a little about the semi-secret kitchen table, but makes it quite clear that it's by invitation only. She suggests being a regular at the market, or even coming down on the weekend to talk about the options, which could cut the standard year wait in half to six months. Eater HQ doesn't approve of waiting that long for anything, but we have been lucky enough to dine at Talula's Table on a few occasions, and it's pretty damn good. [~EN~]
