This Sunday, Matyson is debuting a BYOB brunch that takes place every Sunday from 10:30 A.M until 2 P.M. A new chef has been brought in to do the brunch shift, Adam Wilner, who comes to Matyson from The Sidecar Bar in G-Ho.
The dishes are mostly standard brunch fare, with a few unique twists like the Sweet Potato Waffle and the Pork Belly and Cheese sandwich. They're even attempting housemade bagels, which could be worth a look considering the dearth of options Philadelphians have in that department. There's no liquor in house as it's BYOB, but for those of you who come prepared, the chef has whipped up some drink mixes.
