Xfinity Goes Live; Philly Brewing Co. Gets Piggish

DEEP SOUTH PHILLYXfinity Live opened last weekend and Meal Ticket previewed the best food options at the new venue today. While the excitement isn't at a fever pitch around Eater HQ, Adam Erace definitely got our attention with some of the bites from the Spectrum Grill that features bone marrow (really) and Kennett Square mushroom ravioli (yes, really). KENSINGTONPhiladelphia Brewing Company is hosting the Greensgrow Farms Whole Hog Feast in their tasting room on April 13. Tickets are $75 per person and feature pig, of course, but also a buffet of foods for you veggie-types, as well. A full list of participating restaurants can be found over at Foobooz. Ticket sales support the Greensgrow Community Kitchen. [Foobooz]

ATLANTIC CITYThe Revel Casino started it's eight week preview this morning with a champagne toast. Grub Street has the word on which restaurants are open and which aren't ready to go just yet. Good news is that homeboy Jose Garces has already opened Guapos Tacos and Distrito Cantina, and that his Amada outpost opens early next week. [Grub Philly]
