Amis' monthly Industry Night couldn't get any bigger than tonight's special guest crew. Chef Jonathan Benno and his team from Lincoln will be in the house for the bash and are cooking up some serious grub for the hungry masses that are sure to show tonight.
Chef Brad Spence of Amis is putting together a menu of Stuffed Pigs Feet, Lamb Tongue Salad with spring onions, and Veal Head Lasagnanetta. Benno and Co. are whipping up Rigatoni with Tripe and Spicy Sausage, Veal Neck and Sweetbreads, and a Dark Chocolate Tart with Salted Caramel Ice Cream.
The shindig starts at 9 P.M. and is free to the industry folks. As always, be sure to bring a pay stub for entry.
