For those of you who didn't get enough costume-themed fun with Hooters back in the 90's, the KOP outpost of chain restaurant Tilted Kilt opened this past weekend. Somewhere along the line someone thought the idea of skirts resembling kilts and bikini tops would be a great idea for a restaurant, because when you think of Scotland, you think of hot women. In reality, they're using the kilt as an excuse to dress servers up in Catholic schoolgirl costumes so husbands wouldn't have to explain to their wives where they're really going.

The menu is standard sports bar fare, with domestic beers (Sam Adams is the only drinkable here), and not much else. If the warning that "we proudly serve Barefoot as our house wine" doesn't keep you at bay, then this is the place for you. Of course, the draw here isn't the cuisine or the drinks, or they would really be in trouble.

Boy, if this place didn't just open, they definitely would have made the Eater 38.
