SoWe, the restaurant which took over the former Divan Turkish Kitchen at 22nd and Carpenter Streets, is opening tomorrow at 4 P.M. SoWe, which is named for the neighborhood (which everyone else calls Graduate Hospital), features a menu that is all over the map, from plates of wings to ahi ceviche and everything in between. Chef Maureen Stobenau is the driving force in the kitchen, who most recently made a name for herself at the Royal Tavern in Queen Village.
On the drink side, signature cocktails, local craft beer, and wines available by the glass or bottle round out the options, with prices that aren't going to break the bank.
