On May 25, Elements restaurant in Princeton, NJ will be hosting an all-star lineup of chefs for a special collaboration dinner. Scott Anderson, owner of Elements, has rounded up John Shields from Philly (formerly of Town House, Alinea, and a Food & Wine Best New Chef winner), Curtis Duffy from Chicago (Grace, 4 Stars from Mobil for Avenues on The Peninsula, and the opening Chef de Cuisine of Alinea), and Alex and Aki of Ideas in Food, one of the most important tomes on modernist cooking.
No price has been set yet, and the menu is still in development, but the date and roster have been confirmed. For all of you food science and technique nerds, this is going to be the biggest gathering of talent under one roof in all of 2012. An official release is forthcoming, and when the reservation lines open up, you'll be the first to know.
