Last week we posted that local hero Questlove and his fried chicken were going to take on Momofuku's David Chang and his bird on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 12th. Questo's folks didn't give the final thumbs up at the time, but recently, a poster appeared on the Twitter from both camps that confirmed our sources to be true.
