Man Attacks Doughnut Shop Clerk with Scalding Coffee

On Tuesday, May 8th, a man threw a large cup of scalding coffee on an employee at Fresh Donuts, located at 3914 Lancaster Avenue in West Philly. The argument started over whether or not he paid for his order, and escalated into a shouting match before the assailant grabbed the woman's coffee from her hand and threw it in her face.

The coffee caused severe burns, and the attacker is now wanted for aggravated assault. Police do not have any leads, but are asking for information on the man in the video. He is described as 6'1" and 200 lbs. with a mustache, wearing a tan suit, and driving a gold-colored Cadillac. Anyone with information is to call 911, to submit a tip by dialing 215-686-TIPS (8477). Warning: The video contains some serious language, and could be disturbing to some viewers.
