Two Philly-Area Chefs on Hell's Kitchen Season 10

littlebarbiemar.jpgThe next season of Gordon Ramsay's screamfest, Hell's Kitchen, debuts on June 4th, and has some serious Philly representation this time around. Barbie Marshall, a catering chef from Lancaster, PA, is competing on the show, and is known for her locavore/farm-to-table leanings. Her signature dish on the show is a Cod and Mahogany Chowder.

littlechristina.jpgThe other chef from Philly is Christina Wilson, who most recently was the the Chef de Cuisine at Evan Turney's Mercato, replacing former chef Mackenzie Hilton, a one-time competitor on Chopped. Before that, Wilson worked with the other Turney, as a Chef de Cuisine at Marcie's modern Mexican joint, Lolita. Wilson's signature dish is a Molasses Pork Chop with Mashed Cider Kale.

The stakes are higher this season, as the winner gets the opportunity to be the head chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. The season kicks off on Monday, June 4th, at 8 P.M. on Fox.
