No official word from Mike Solo or his representation just yet, but there's a lot of detail in that write-up, and it looks legit. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: Chatted up Solo's people, and they say that there was a hearing last night at the zoning board meeting, and if everything goes as planned, it's definitely happening.
