RITTENHOUSE — Barclay Prime launched a new happy hour for those folks not interested in the jerkfest known as Center City Sips. From 5-6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, $6 cocktails and $6 small bites are on the menu. Food-wise, they're tossing out truffle fries, salmon poppers, and lamb and kobe sliders. [Foobz]
CENTER CITY — This week is Dedication Week at The Reading Terminal Market. What that means is legendary Inky columnist Rick Nichols gets his own demo kitchen named after him, and a bunch of celebratory events involving food. Foobooz has the details. [Foobz]
ALL OVER — Have you heard this one before? Looks like the privatization bill is dead. Again. This time around, the lawmakers didn't even address the bill, which means there just isn't enough support to get it pushed through. Maybe next year. Or never again. [Grub Philly]
