Monica Glass Competing for StarChefs Pastry Title

Monica Glass, Philly's favorite sweets queen, has been named a finalist in the 3rd Annual StarChefs International Pastry Competition. Glass will be going head-to-head with all the best in the industry to take home the coveted title, cash prizes, a bunch of kitchen equipment, and a seat on next year's judging table. Pastry guru Johnny Iuzzini will be heading up the judging crew, alongside Alex Stupak, Jeffrey Steingarten, and Claudi Fleming.

Philly couldn't have asked for a better representative in the sweets game. Good luck Monica, and bring that title back home.
